I’m an Artist – specifically, a landscape oil painter.  I’ve been painting landscapes for the past 20 years and have painted in 15 states and 4 countries.  I live and work in Chelan, Washington with Barb, my wife and best friend of 30 years.  This is where we paint, garden, cook and plan new adventures.

I could bore you with a list of accomplishments and successes, leaving out the mistakes and failures… but if you really want to know – I’m a native Washingtonian, also having lived in Hawaii and Montana. I graduated from The Art Institute of Seattle with a degree in design, owned and operated Wilson Sign Co. for 20 years, and also designed and built some beautiful homes and a commercial building.

They say you only have one life to live, and I think I’ve used up a few.  My experiences have made me appreciate my life. These days I look at the world more with a painter’s perspective – through value, color and composition.  With my paintings I can share this perspective, this is my joy and keeps me focused on who I am – an Artist.
